I was allocated this ensuite room in Taylor Court but don't need it as I have arranged a house share elsewhere. The University accommodation office need me to organise another student to take on this attractive accommodation offer. The cost for the year is £9051.98 but I am happy to make a contribution to the fee (to be negotiated) in order to secure an alternative tenant.
