this is clearly the other way round to the category student pad have to put the ad in (which is you living with a family, when it's me staying with the tenants) but it saves explaining the situation at each viewing

you will in fact be living with a postgrad studying some sort of economics who can be glimpsed briefly in the video walkthrough when he goes past a mirror

note the house was bought as a fixer upper + for various reasons (covid lockdowns, soaring dual fuel bills, mortgage interest, etc) that process is only happening slowly (please do not expect it to resemble something out of the ideal home exhibition): if you consider room size (see floorplan) + location (see below) to be the critical factors about your accommodation feel free to arrange a viewing
