* The majority of our studios have standard double beds, but we do have some with king beds and a few twin single rooms as well, so please make sure you use the filter to the left to find your perfect studio.

Outside your studio, you can enjoy two landscaped communal courtyards with contemporary seating areas, ‘dusk ‘til dawn’ courtyard lighting and bicycle storage.

When living in a city centre we understand that security needs to be a priority, so here’s how we keep you safe:

24 hour CCTV in operation in all communal areas

Secure door entry system, so your key fob will be programmed only to your studio and for the dates that you’re living with us

Out of Hours security patrols

A retro-style coffee shop operated by a local Canterbury company

Private meeting/presentation room

All this, located in our stunning, open-plan reception area, exclusive to you as a Westgate One tenant and the best bit… it’s all included in your rent.

WHAT ELSE?

Here’s some more information you’ll need to know before you apply to live at Westgate One:

Included in your rent are all your utility bills and wi-fi, so all your living expenses are covered. There is a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) in place and any over-usage from the terms in the FUP will be charged at the end of your tenancy. Take a look at the Further Information link to view our latest FUP.

Every tenant at Westgate One will receive access to our exclusive Student Wellbeing Service, where you can expect exciting events, news about what’s on in Canterbury and wellbeing support when you need it the most. All included in your rent (although, a few of our events may carry a small charge). Head to Explore and select STUDENT SERVICES to find out more.

If you’re not able to pay your rent upfront for your tenancy then you’ll need to provide a guarantor, who lives in the UK or there are Guarantor companies who can help

Couples are most welcome at Westgate One. All our studios have a double bed (some of our newest have king sized beds!), so two people can live comfortably.

If you are a practising Muslim, some of our studios are fitted with a Muslim shower, so there’s no need to bring your own! Make sure you select this option when finding a studio.

We have a communal laundry room on site for you to use, which is operated via the Circuit Plus app.
